In that, you will be asked about your goals, body type, food allergies, struggles, etc. and also allows you to put any additional information that you want me to know. This will ensure that the Diet/Training program I create is the best possible program for YOU. After your form is submitted, I will have your new program to you within 48 hours!

In your program, you will receive a detailed downloadable file starting with week 1 through the duration of your choice. Inclusive with; a variety of food options, your macro and calorie intake, workouts that change weekly and descriptions on how to perform every exercise.
With weekly check ins, we review your progress and gauge what your strong points and weak points are. Giving us the opportunity to make adjustments to your program as necessary.

No. I create your entire program based off of your lifestyle. Whether that is at the gym or at home. I understand how busy we can be sometimes, so I have a variety of workouts that can be done anywhere.
Yes. I have many male clients.
If you typically go to the gym, but have to leave for travel, work, etc., simply let me know and I will substitute your workouts for those days so you stay on track.

Immediately following payment will be a receipt page welcoming you to my team. In that will be the questionnaire in which you can fill out at that time, or save the link to fill out later.

Yes. But, everybody's program is different. If you are going out a weekend or having dinner with friends etc., just let me know so I can alter your diet for that day to accommodate.
